Privacy notice

This notice covers the website apexpointconsulting.at and email sent to our apexpointconsulting.at addresses. It is short because we collect very little: no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels. The only outside service is a spam check that loads when you open our contact form.

Visiting the website

The website and our email are hosted by iVhosting, a brand of limegreenlab, ul. Katowicka 77a/9, 61-131 Poznań, Poland. To deliver a page, its servers necessarily process your IP address and basic request details such as the time, the page requested and your browser type. The host may keep these in server logs for a short time for security and troubleshooting; we do not use them to build statistics or profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, company name if you give it, and your message. The form sends them to our mailbox as an email; we do not store them on the website. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to prepare any work you ask about. The legal basis is steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the email when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). It loads only when you open the form. Turnstile processes your IP address and technical details about your browser and device to tell people from bots; it does not set cookies for this. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process the data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Emailing us

When you email us, we use what you send only to answer you, based on our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to hello@apexpointconsulting.at.
